If you don't have enough time to fill the feeding device, you can additionally make a hopper from which the sorting device would be automatically loaded. We can additionally complete a sensor that would see if there are parts in the vibro hopper, when the amount of parts decreases, sound or light signaling is possible.
How does this device work?
Vibrobunker sorts/ranks parts such as: plugs, screws, nuts and the like. Ensures the correct supply of parts to the production line and enables fast and accurate counting, sorting and inspection of products.
The whole mechanism works with the help of an electromagnet, the main weight of the device is the base. The base of the vibrating hopper is placed on vibration-isolating cushions, which reduce transmitted vibrations to the structure on which it is placed. A vibrating bowl is attached to the base, it is fixed with the help of spring plates, which are tilted at the required angle.
When the electromagnet deforms the plates at a certain frequency, directional vibrations are obtained, according to the direction of the deformed plates. Since in this case the plates are arranged in a circle, a rotary motion is obtained.
