Plastic container feeding conveyor and stacking table system

The main function of this system is to automate the feeding of jars and the product dosing process.

The system consists of:

• Exchangeable hopper for plastic containers;
• Belt conveyor;
• Liquid dispenser (customer);
• Accumulation table for dosed containers.

The principle of operation and use are particularly simple.
Once the tare feed hopper is filled, work can be started immediately, with just one click of a button.
The hopper begins to supply containers, they drive to the dosing point with the help of automation, are dosed and travel to the ready production storage device. The operator only needs to remove the finished product from time to time and refill the tare hopper.

Perhaps the most important aspect of the system is its versatility.

Thanks to the replaceable hopper, an unlimited number of different types of containers can be used. And the entire replacement process only takes 3 minutes.

Dosing devices can also be easily changed within ten minutes.

A frequency converter and a programmable logic controller (PLC) are used to automate the process, making the process flexible and mod-friendly.

This system is highly portable. Its parts can be easily separated from each other for storage when the system is not in use.

Products are made of stainless steel.
